These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Funzop Partner Program ("Program"), operated by Funzop ("Company," "we," "us"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Partner Dashboard at partner.funzop.com, you ("Partner," "you") agree to these Terms in full.
To participate in the Program, you must:
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at zeplyfun@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.2 Each individual or entity may maintain only one (1) Partner account. Duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension.
3.3 We reserve the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.
4.1 You may only promote your assigned Funzop subdomain through lawful, organic traffic methods.
4.2 The following are strictly prohibited:
4.3 We use automated fraud detection systems. If invalid traffic is detected, your account may be suspended and associated earnings forfeited.
5.1 Your revenue share percentage is individually assigned by Funzop upon approval, based on your traffic profile, geography, and promotion channel quality.
5.2 Earnings are calculated based on AdSense revenue generated from your assigned subdomain, multiplied by your approved revenue share rate.
5.3 Earnings are provisional until verified. Funzop reserves the right to deduct or reverse earnings attributed to invalid traffic, policy violations, or advertiser clawbacks.
5.4 We make no guarantee of minimum earnings. All estimates shown on the website are illustrative only.
6.1 Payouts are issued on a Net-60 basis — 60 days after the end of the calendar month in which earnings were generated.
6.2 A minimum balance of $25 is required before a payout is processed.
6.3 Indian partners receive payment via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). International partners receive payment via PayPal. You must complete KYC verification before your first payout.
6.4 Funzop is not responsible for transaction fees, bank charges, or PayPal fees deducted by the payment processor.
6.5 Payouts may be delayed or withheld if there are pending fraud investigations or unresolved policy violations.
7.1 All content on the Funzop platform, including but not limited to games, logos, branding, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Funzop.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display your assigned subdomain and use approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of driving traffic in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 You may not modify, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Funzop's content without prior written consent.
8.1 We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
8.2 Upon termination, any unpaid earnings below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited. Earnings above the threshold will be paid in the next available cycle, subject to passing fraud review.
8.3 An auto-suspended account may be reinstated by the admin upon request and review.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by Funzop, including but not limited to your revenue share rate, internal platform data, and any communications regarding account status or fraud findings.
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." Funzop makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy of earnings estimates, uninterrupted platform availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Funzop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Program, including loss of revenue or data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active partners via email or dashboard announcement. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
